C. Turkey Burger:  Form ground turkey into a patty burger and season with garlic and
worcestershire sauce. Grill until cooked thoroughly.

D. Orange Roughy:  Broil dry for about 10 minutes on each side. Then add a little marinara sauce on the top and a small amount of low-fat cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.

E. Eggwich:   Spray a frying pan with olive oil spray. Put three egg whites into the pan. Add smoked turkey breast and a small amount of low-fat American or cheddar cheese. Scramble until cooked. Place onto a toasted whole-wheat or multi-grain bread to make into sandwich.
